What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and the products you ordered. If you create an account, we also keep your saved address and your order history so you can see them when you log in. Your bag is kept on our website so it is still there when you come back. Products you save with the heart stay only in your own browser.
Signing in with Google
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us. We keep only your name, your email address and a Google account number that links your sign-in to your Skin Beaute account. We never see your Google password, we do not keep your photo, and we cannot post anything to your Google account. You can remove the link at any time in your Google Account settings, under third-party apps and services. Your Skin Beaute account and orders stay, and you can still log in with your email address by choosing “Lost your password?”.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or net banking details. Razorpay handles the payment directly and only shares a payment confirmation with us, which we verify before treating an order as paid.
How we use your information
To process and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to respond if you write to us for support. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your bag and complete checkout. When you place an order, the shop also records how you reached us (for example a Google search or a link, and the type of device) and saves it with the order, so we can see which channels bring customers. We do not use advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
Razorpay (to take payment), Shiprocket and the courier partner it assigns (to ship your order; they receive your name, delivery address and phone number), Hostinger (which hosts this website and stores its data), Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google), and government or regulatory authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If you have an account, we keep your account details and order history for as long as your account exists, so you can see your past orders even years later. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company laws require (currently up to 8 years), even if you close your account. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal details except what the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
Write to inq@biosols.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it (for example, for tax records).
Grievance officer
For any complaint, write to our Grievance Officer (Customer Care Head, Bio-Sols India Pvt. Ltd.) at care@biosols.com or call +91 8080 22 0000, Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 5 pm (except public holidays). Email is open at all times and is answered during working hours. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
